Forgotten masterpiece of Oscar Niemeyer

This  amazing space is a forgotten masterpiece of Oscar Niemeyer from the 60s. The Strick House in Santa Monica is the only complete private project of Oscar Niemeyer in the U.S, he had to mail the plans and directions because he had an interdiction to enter the country

It was abandoned and in 2003 was nearly hit by a demolition but was saved by  Michael and Gabrielle Boyd, founders of  Boyd Design, who specialize  the mid-twentieth century buildings restorations.
